We are thrilled and grateful to invite our dear friends and family to our wedding ceremony and celebration! We chose a destination wedding because we love adventure and spending time with friends and family in new places. We can’t wait to create beautiful memories and foster deeper connections with you all. It would mean so much if you could join us for our special day!
About Us
Parker and Shannah's love story began in a charming little corner of Drew University in 2014, when Parker was a senior and Shannah was a first-year. Though their paths crossed only briefly, a little crush blossomed from afar. They kept in touch through social media, exchanging the occasional message. Life was busy and would keep them apart until the Fall of 2021, 7 years after they first met.
Their first official date was at a Dead and Company show in Hartford, CT. Parker spontaneously invited Shannah on his way back from his family home, as she was one of his only friends in Connecticut. They had such a great night that they decided to meet halfway between New Jersey and Connecticut the following weekend to hike the Mount Beacon Fire Tower in New York. What was meant to be a nice 4-mile hike quickly turned into an 8-mile adventure, filled with laughter and deep conversation, even as the sun dipped below the trees. From that moment on, they knew they needed to spend more time together even though they lived far apart.
Parker didn’t mind the four hours of driving in one day to see Shannah. Whether it was to hike, catch her live performances in her band, or hang with her family on their farm. Whether they met halfway or made the full trek, they would always find a way to be together. Two months into their whirlwind romance, they made it official after a Halloween camping festival in Vermont and Shannah moved in with Parker shortly after.
Since then, their lives have been filled with music shows, beautiful hikes, adventures across two new countries, many state lines, and monumental life events. They have two adorable cats and the sweetest adopted dog. Over the past three years, they’ve moved three times together, each place filled with laughter, love, and precious memories.
On May 7th, 2024, Parker decided he could not wait any longer and proposed during a breathtaking trip that he planned to Oaxaca, Mexico. Every day feels like a dream come true and they have no doubt they’re meant to be together forever! They’re filled with joy and excitement as they prepare for their wedding and the beautiful life they are building together!

A self service buffet style dining and lounging area, right by the pool! Let's have breakfast and catch up and hang out, and maybe go for a swim! There are lot's of wonderful children on this side of the family (Approximately 10) so prepare for a big play date!

May the Officiator, Flower Girls and Parents, Ring Barrers and Parents, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, and Parents and Siblings of the Bride and Groom all get together to rehearse the procession once before the big day! You all are amazing!
Dinner and Drinks Reservation Recommendation (Before Beach Bonfire Welcome Party)

Recommendations: Poseidon Beachfront Dining. If it’s closed or fully booked, Las Olas is a great second option.
These are great options located close to the Beach Bonfire Welcome Event. Just suggestions - eat where you would like to! Once you’re finished with dinner, head over to the Beach Bonfire.

This beautiful ceremony will take place at the beachfront gazebo nestled between trees on a solid platform overlooking the ocean. Dress Code: Beach Formal, Florals, Colorful Cocktail Attire. If wearing heels make sure they are comfortable because there will be lots of walking to and from venues throughout the resort. Thank you so much for being a part of this sacred ceremony for the union of Parker and Shannah!

Let's have a celebratory drink by the Ocean before we feast! The Cocktail Hour start time is one hour after the ceremony finishes because it takes a while to walk from one location to the other, and if you want to stop by your rooms and get a light jacket or some comfy dancefloor shoes on now would be the time to do so.
